Great Location; Great front desk...

Disliked: Rude housekeeping staff. I had a late check out. The house keeping ignored and started banging on my door at posted check out exactly. I explained I had late check out and he told me I had 10 min to get out. I ask for 20 min to shower and pack. He said 10 min.

Terrible customer service at night.

Liked: Beds are clean, good location..
Disliked: Staff was extremely rude on night shift. I got lost because the address that booking has on there is not the correct address. or at least the link to it is not. When I called the front desk the lady was not willing to help me and just said that is the correct address and wouldn't help me get where I need to go. But I found it twenty minutes out. When I got there she was extremely rude when I asked for a receipt at check out for my work and said it's not possible that only The third party could get me the receipt which is ridiculous. The next shift in the morning was fine and gave me my receipt no problem. The internet did not work and by then I was just more annoyed at her to even ask why it wasn't working because she seemed like she didn't want to be there. As for the breakfast it was terrible. I actually Had to spit up the orange juice and eggs were super powdery. The only thing I ended up eating was cereal after that. Because of the rudeness, I ended up choosing another hotel for my following week. Stay up in the same area. Customer service goes a long way.

Liked: The location was great! Close to everything and lots of eating options. Lots of room for me and my kids. Breakfast was really good, loved the sausage gravy!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed here during the holidays to be with family and will most definitely stay here again next year!!
Disliked: I personally didnt see anything wrong at all but my kids said the gym area wasnt bad but there wasnt enough equipment. But this is a hotel not Gold's Gym

Liked: Cleanliness and location. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Check out was 11:00 but by 9:30 we wereBeing harassed by multiple room calls and room entries. Our room kets were also shut off.
