Staff was wonderfully accommodating as we needed an extremely late check-in, and a very late check-out. Very helpful and friendly! Isreal was the desk clerk on duty and he was an excellent host. He took exceptional care of us, and always had a smile for us even if we were being a bit needy. Thanks Isreal!

Liked: The breakfast was really good with a variety of offerings. The pool and hot tub was good. Pool water was warm which is great.
Disliked: The bottom of the pool was rough. My husband’s toes got cut playing in the pool. There was no pool towel and you have to ask for them from front desk. The room was OK size but it needs big updating. The shower curtain was literally falling apart. There were stains on a few of the towels. The body wash soap bottle was almost empty. The mattress for the sofa bed was horrible and old with stains and not very comfortable. There were extra sheets for it but no extra pillows. The ceiling and the walls were thin and we could hear the people upstairs walking around all night long. The bathroom has no ventilation and the humidity was horrible after a shower. The road noise was also a problem. The older front desk lady was cranky and seemed angry when we asked for things we needed like towels and pillows for our room and the pool. For a Holiday Inn I was expecting higher standards.
