Disliked: The elevators stopped functioning because of a storm. But we were fine using the stairs. It took a while to fix.

Liked: The hotel is in a nice area. Sprouts, MOD Pizza and McAlister's Deli are all next door. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean and very inviting. I've stayed at 5 other hotels in the last 2 months and this is the only one that gave out Welcome bags.The breakfast choices were really good as well.
Disliked: There was nothing we did not like.

Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable felt l8ke I was sleeping on the floor.I was hurting because I have a bad back and neck.When we arrived they told us it would be a 75 dallor charge to check in early .So we left.When we got back to check in as we preceding to our room there was trash all in the hallway in front of our door.So I felt like it should of been all cleaned up.Presentation is everything. Especially since we had to wait to check in and couldn't do a early check-in. So everything should of been emaculate.
