Heather was awesome!

Liked: Great staff! Asked for a late check out due to running the Carmel marathon. Heather allowed us to leave by 1pm and was extremely pleasant and kind!

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to use the pool while we waited for our room as we arrived prior to check-in. My kids were very excited.

We had a quiet restful...

Liked: Fast friendly check in and helpful to tell us what was around to eat and the morning staff was great at check out also
Disliked: Easy to find and park and close to our hospital
