Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was excellent, and the beds were really comfortable.

It was very disappointing.

Liked: It was clean and the staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The hot water didn’t work. We got there from a long day of traveling and went to take a shower and was greeted with cold water. No one I traveled with was able to take a shower. We woke up in the morning and tried again and still had no hot water. When we asked at check out we were given no real explanation other than too many people trying to shower at once and not enough hot water. This is really unacceptable and completely disappointing. I’ll think twice from now on about booking at a holiday inn.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had!
Disliked: One of my room keys didn’t work but that’s about all I have to complain about. It would have been an easy fix but I was too lazy to go back down to the lobby.
