Liked: Great location….. my reservation was for two nights $ 431. Dollars total price. They charge 1300 dollars in my credit card…. After I complain to the management, they adjust the price to $ 249.00 per night. Still they refuse to honor the price of the reservation. I will definitely dispute those charges…. This hotel is a scam…. I’m 70 years old and I wasn’t even being held up 20 steps up and I had to carry my own luggage…. Disappointed and disgusted place…. They refused to honor booking.come, reservation and put me on their own reservation and charge more money….!

Liked: My mom and I loved staying here. The staff was amazing and very professional and the location could not be beat. The room was clean and cutely decorated. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Santa Barbara.

Disliked: Not every room had a bathtub, and this was not specifically mentioned. It makes bathing kids a bit challenging.Hotel and Room was small considering the value.

Good location and staff. Small...

Liked: The bathroom was ok. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The rooms were small. The TV was terrible. You couldn't watch TV for more than 2 minutes without it buffering. The ice cream freezer in the lobby wasn't even at freezing so the ice cream was mushy. The room wasn't very quiet. You could here footsteps from the floor above.

Liked: King size bed very comfortable, big tv in front. Staff is nice, customer service guy after hours over the phone was the best!
Disliked: Rooms are very small, not much space to move around. Bathroom was good, shower didn’t work as expected but we were offered breakfast to cover that. Running water in the bathroom smells weird.
