We had a great stay here. The room was immaculate, and all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, as I was travelling with a disabled husband. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Excellent hotel.
Disliked: Taxi service to O2 was disappointing.

Ok for business, wouldnt stay...

Liked: Surprisingly good breakfast and staff were friendly. Bed very comfortable
Disliked: My room was opposite the elevator and facing a busy road as well - unfortunately the window wasnt sound proof so even when it was closed, I could hear the traffic and the construction noise outside.
