Liked: Everything! Staff is very friendly and helpfull! We had a complicated situation and two ladies (one name I remember, Georgina) helped immediately very much. Especially if you are turist and do not know the country, helpfull staff is very valuable. Location is perfekt, just in the city center! And I recommend Rotterdam as highlight of Netherlands, beautifull city! We rented bicycles in the hotel, very convenient. Hotel is very clean, bed comfortable, we slept very well, nice breakfast Metro stattion is just across the street with direct connection to the airport, just 4 stations and 9 min. (by the way, you can park there for free, next to the airport metro station). Hotel has parking if you need. We were 3 weeks on trip and that was the best, we highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about!

Great stay - would return...

Liked: The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and clean. The check in was quick and easy. The location was close to restaurants and very quiet. We would stay again.
