Liked: Breakfast was typical for most hotel breakfasts, but the coffee machine was exceptional--it ground the beans and brewed fresh coffee to one's specifications. The location was perfect to get to the places in West End we needed to visit. The cookies in the lobby were a nice touch!

Liked: The location was my reason for choosing this hotel. It is across from a shopping area with every amenity you need. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive.

We have no complaints everything...

Liked: The breakfast was great and different each morning. The staff was very attentive to questions and helped. It was family-friendly for the children, and parents were very pleased their children had a variety to choose from.
Disliked: The only thing i can say is to extend the breakfast to 10 a.m. versus 9:30 a.m. Different varieties of fruits like grapes and bananas.
