Liked: Location was easy off Rt 79
Disliked: Very robotic front desk person - no emotion or eye contact. Just said, 'Name?' as I walked in

It was ok. Except for...

Liked: Easy to get to. Free breakfast clean lobby. Very quiet.
Disliked: The room I was in had a very bad odor. Like animals had been staying in them. Room meds new carpeting and thorough cleaning

Small rooms, but terrific staff...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet was excellent. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms were tiny and there was nowhere to hang anything up at all. Bathroom shower had some minor issues and had some mildew and peeling paint on the ceiling.

Room furniture, appliances and bedding...

Liked: Staff was exceptional!!!
Disliked: water main broke no water to shower prior to surgery, phone did not work, shower towel bar came off.

Great service for the price!

Liked: The staff members are always courtesy and very helpful. The free breakfast is terrific, and one of the reasons we chose this Clarion.
Disliked: The hallways are a little "under-lit" and could be brightened up.
