Did not get room as requested. Our third guest was very uncomfortable in her roll away! Front desk staff basically told us they were overbooked and "too bad" about not having 2 double beds. I was and am not happy!

Liked: Cleaning staff.
Disliked: Room accommodation.

Excellent location, OK breakfast, small...

Liked: Location, location, location! This hotel is right off Fifth Avenue and close to all major attractions, subway stations, etc. We started our day with a cozy and simple breakfast: croissants, string cheese, and orange juice or coffee.The general area is clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The receptionists are helpful when calling a taxi to the airport.
Disliked: The rooms are cramped, and they need proper cabinets and drawers. We were in a relatively large room with two queen-sized beds, but we had to store our stuff in our luggage, as there were no cabinets.
