Liked: the location is right off the expressway. Lots of restaurant choices too.

A clean and comfortable place...

Liked: The hotel is easy access off the highway. We checked in late and was able to walk across the parking lot and grab dinner at the Cracker Barrel. The included breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly

Disliked: No good breakfast. My card was charged extra money after leaving hotel don't use your regular cards with them

Awful- Useless front desk staff.

Disliked: Pretty sure the old lady behind the desk was on something- I stood in the lobby alone for probably 10 minutes while she typed on the computer intermittently and half falling asleep before she told me she couldn’t get logged in to check me in. Then asked me to back away from the counter because it was making a dinging noise in the back. She said “you may just have to go somewhere else I don’t know” but refused to call for help or elaborate more. I’d just driven 2 hours and worked a 12 hour shift and had to go find somewhere else to stay and hope my card wouldn’t be charged for her incompetence.
