breakfast was tasteless, overcrowded room,...

Liked: breakfast was abysmal, complete chaos , overcrowded
Disliked: someone kept knocking on our door early morning hours and evening , staff was ok

Excellent location staff friendly

Great location. Comfortable

Liked: Good location to a couple of underground stations. A lot of shops and restaurants close by.
Disliked: Bathroom was okay but floor needs a bit of a renovation tiles were looking old

Exactly as hoped and expected...

Liked: Staff were helpful with hints, tips and advice re concert venue and kind letting us leave our luggage. our room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Both lifts working would have been handy - only one was working which made for quite a bit of waiting around for small lift - communal areas were a bit gloomy
