For a last minute stay...

Liked: The property location was easy to find and was in a quiet area. The employees were great and accommodating. The toiletries were good and stocked. The hair dryer worked great. The mini fridge was a plus. The price of the hotel was good!
Disliked: As you walked in to the hotel you can tell that either the carpet needs shampoo or they didn’t do a good job. I was not sure what the smell was but it was overpowering. Once on our floor the carpet still has the smell but it’s less than the first floor. In the room when the sofa bed was opened up the mattress protector had stains old and new. The carpet still smelled. The room that we had definitely could use some tlc. The sink besides the microwave would back up and take a while for the water to go down. The bed was not comfortable as other hotels. The bathroom door was old.

Liked: The bathroom was nice. The bed was so comfy, cozy, and soft. I liked the fact that there was a computer and printer to access.
Disliked: There are seatings in the lobby area in front of the clerks desk that are in terrible need of shampooing. I didn't like that there weren't elevators at each end of the hotel. The scenic view wasn't great. Breakfast needs updating. The television needs updating with apps such as YouTube, tubi, etc... and/ or more channels. I felt a little closed-in while in my room.

Liked: The room was very clean and stocked well with everything we needed, me and my Daughters really like that the toiletries brand was dove and not some off brand so we didnt have to go purchase extra bathroom supplies ( that was our favorite suprise part of our trip) . Breakfast was great, and the breakfast attendants were super friendly and helpful. And your front desk person was just so pleasant and helpful every time we walked by or needed anything. We felt very welcome.

Disliked: Hotel is unclean, there was a lot of hair in the shower, rooms aren’t cleaned. There was a piece of electrical prong left in the outlet, and electrical hazard.
