Liked: Close to everything- a safe area
Disliked: Shorted me a bed- sofa bed too uncomfortable so had to share the bed

Liked: Great location, coffee was great, bed was the best, staff was amazing !!

Disliked: Yes, not clean. I was moved to another room after the hotel clerk admitted to the rooms not being very sanitary. Then saw a lizard in my room. I went to the front desk and informed the lady of the situation and she asked for more money forcing me to leave

Disliked: Got room 317, curtains were not hanged properly, alot of light came in from sides. Also had huge hole in middle of it. Beds too firm.

Liked: Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.
Disliked: The tub was very slippery. My husband feel done in the tub so that left me scared to take a shower on our trip so had to wash up.

Disliked: Not clean rooms, got back pain after sleeping on that sofa bed, very old furniture not at all clean, towels are not that clean, spot some hair. Milk from the fridge gone bad,sink is also clog, hotel is pricey but the standards didnt meet the expectation

Disliked: Check in and check out staff not engaging. Check out employee seemed very disinterested.
