Disliked: Jacuzzi plug would not stay down. Remote control buttons for TV were too small and faded. Carpet around the Jacuzzi and the room smelled mildewy. Front desk person was very polite and wanted to refund money but it was booked online by calling main number and a 3rd party was involved so could not do anything. Never got a phone call like we were told we would be getting by someone higher then her.

Avoid; overpriced/aging facility.

Disliked: Overpriced. For a Holiday Inn Express this place was sub-par. Daily rate should be under $100. Aging facility, cramped and badly designed breakfast area; single/small cramped elevator for the entire facility. The exercise/gym room: cables laying on the floor, no water in the dispenser, no towels. Toilet required holding the button(s) down about 10s to actually flush. Shower/bath didn't drain, was standing water up past ankle while taking a shower; how in the world do things like this get missed by cleaning staff... the likely reason is the rooms are not being visited daily by staff; in fact this facility gives you a piece of paper you need to turn in daily to request the cleaning staff visit your room to change linens, clean etc.

Disliked: Bath shower was not running hot water consistently and it was running cold and hot for the first few minutes and then it got better. This can be fixed.

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic, and the to-go bags and containers were perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was great! Cool design and style of this Holiday Inn Express, very modern but welcoming.
Disliked: Bellhop carts didn't have any hooks on them, but we managed to stack all put bags/luggage in one trip up the elevator.

Terrible

Disliked: The staff was incredibly rude, to the point where one of the people I was traveling with started to cry. We were basically forced to leave before we even checked in, and I had a difficult time getting a refund.

Great Hotel! Stay Here!!

Liked: The staff was phenomenal. When we checked in, the coffee was not quite ready. The desk clerk actually brought coffee to our room for us. It had been a LONG day of travel and a guard competition and we still had another competition to attend later that evening. The room was clean, the walls were thick, and we LOVED the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and soap dispensers on the bathroom walls. Everyone in the hotel was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be back next year when we attend the Winter Guard Competition.
Disliked: The automatic blackout blinds in our room, 119, didn't work. I forgot to mention this at check out. Other than that, everything was great!
