Disliked: Reserved a king, got two doubles. Night staff made guests to feel like we were interrupting her phone conversation to get checked in. Rooms are very dated. Breakfast wasn't prepared for a relatively full hotel.

Liked: I booked online at booking.com in a parking lot 1 mile from the hotel. When I got there 5 mins. later the front desk clerk said that what I booked wasn't available in the system? But, she said don't worry I have another room that I'll give you for the same price. Excellent help! Quick, efficient, and friendly service, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and healthy:)
Disliked: Nothing:) Kudos to the Comfort Inn crew in Brevard, NC! Ok, maybe the road noise. The hotel sits right beside a main thoroughfare. I'm guessing it wouldn't have been as loud on a lower floor. But then, I'm a light sleeper. And a lower room would be noisier from other people leaving their rooms and shutting doors I imagine. Ear plugs would make that better, lol.

Really enjoyed our time there

Liked: Breakfast fantastic, very comfortable clean room and loved the shower
Disliked: Whoever stayed above us stomping around and slamming things
