Disliked: Both the AC and the fridge didn’t work in our room…and then my husband got COVERED in bed bug bites. NOT EVEN KIDDING

Liked: The staff was very nice from checkin, cleaning staff to the check out staff. The hotel was very clean and the room was nice & quiet. Some upgrades to the tub/showers are needed. The breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.
Disliked: If anything the shower/tub needs upgrading.

Liked: The customer service here is amazing. I wouldn't choose another hotel in the area.
Disliked: Never

Just felt it was too...

Liked: The price was too high for such a worn and old facility. The workers woke me from a nap while banging over my head fixing a toilet, i was told. Would be nice to get a complimentary stay.
Disliked: The GM and workers and the breakfast
