Liked: Reception staff the best. Very accommodating. Always smiling.
Disliked: I had to have a late checkout because my wife was very ill. Reception accompanied me with a smile and whatever we can do just let us know.

Potential for improvement

Liked: The bed was comfortable; the bathroom was well equipped. An abundant breakfast was provided in a spacious dining area. The manager kindly let us check out late.
Disliked: When we arrived, tired and eager to go to our rooms, the only clerk attended to someone who had rudely interrupted him. Another guest in the lobby created a scene and threatened an elderly member of our party, yet nothing was done even though I asked that the person be ejected from the hotel. Every noise from the adjacent room could be heard clearly. A snow plough in the parking lot kept me from sleeping in the middle of the night.

Amazing would recommend.

Liked: My kids loved the pool, and t just how nice everyone was, loved that they could buy stuff at the front counter. And said it was very nice. Oh and the waffle maker lol they loved that thought it was cool that they could do it themselves.
Disliked: We loved the colours that are in and around the hotel love that you can always get coffee or tea anytime of night and lots of places to sit without having to be confined to your room.
