My stay could have been...
Liked: I like the location as it was easy to get to different places quickly. I also liked the pool area very relaxing.
Disliked: I did not like that the hotel did not have our two queen bed room and we had to stay in a handicap room. I did not like the breakfast choices. I also did not like the two separate large charges of money held on my card just for checking in!

My stay could have been better if I didn't have issues at check in with getting the wrong room!

Our stay exceeded our expectations.
Liked: The staff was professional, kind, courteous. Mia faced a challenge when we checked in and she handled it beautifully. The breakfast was very good, restaurant quality. Sat by the pool for tea and a bit of sunshine and it felt very private.
