Good hotel overall ; Just...

Liked: Breakfast was not quickly available but good when arrived ; disappointed that the 3d pancake maker was broken . why change something simple that works return to the old fashioned waffle maker. Nice swimming pool
Disliked: The room was good but tired with stains on the ceiling, the lift was ok but lift shaft when the doors were open showed lack of attention

Disappointed in Staff

Liked: The room was comfortable, very clean and well organized. It had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with pods. There are many restaurants nearby so the location met my needs.
Disliked: The staff members were not welcoming and were dismissive when I called to report that the WiFi wasn't working. There was an issue that needed to be resolved by a network administrator. The breakfast was minimal. It would have been helpful if a sign had indicated that the hairdryer was stored in a drawer in the room.

Disliked: Temp too warm. Bathroom small, aged, tiles cracked. Traffic noise.
