Liked: It was clean and great location to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was great. There were many options and everything was hot and fresh and the staff kept everything filled.
Disliked: Checking in was a big hassle for no apparent reason. We booked a king bed with sofa bed because 2 queen rooms were not available even 2 weeks before our stay. This was not a problem, but we did book 4 people so it was clear we would be using the sofa bed. We were unable to get blankets for the sofa bed as they were all out of extra linens. We ended up sleeping 2 adults and a teenager in one bed and sent the other teenager to a friend's room to sleep. We also had no hot water in the evening or morning. All of us took cold showers.
