Hair in tub, ants on...

Disliked: I would not stay here again. I booked this hotel last minute to attend the Dreamville Festival. For the amount of money I paid for a 3-night stay I would have thought that it would have been cleaner than what it was. The first day I arrived there were ants in the bathroom, which was confusing since there was no food in the bathroom. I spent the whole weekend killing ants in the bathroom. Next thing, there were lots of unknown hairs inside the shower which I could tell wasn't properly cleaned since there were leftover hairs. Third, it was me and my partner staying in the room from Friday- to Monday they provided us with one towel and one washcloth. The second day my boyfriend asked the housekeeper if she could get another set of towels and washcloths while she was cleaning the room next to us, she said no and that she would have to go down to the laundry to get some towels for us. I thought this was very RUDE! Because she was cleaning the room next to us and putting fresh towels in the room, check-in isn't until 3 pm, so why not provide the guests who are staying there with towels first before you provide towels to a vacant room? We asked the housekeeper for clean towels at 10 am, but we didn't receive the towels until 1 pm, which is ridiculous I had to wait 3 hours to shower. When I called the front desk, it was hard to get someone on the phone, and when I finally got someone on the phone, she proceeded to over-talk me versus hearing the problems that I had with the hotel and housekeeping. The front desk lady also told me that their dryer was broken, and they only had one working dryer which I had no empathy for since housekeeping still had clean towels to provide to vacate rooms.

Liked: This was my second visit to this hotel. The staff were exceptional both times. The beds are excellent with pillow choices. This was my first visit with my dog. Often hotels that allow pets relegate pet owners to a less desirable room. This was certainly not the case. I will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: No concerns.

Disliked: I think everything was great. What I did notice was there was no check-in kiosk. When I arrived, unfortunate for me, there was a busload ahead of me. So, I did stand in-line additional time so that they group could check in. Would have been great if I could have just done a self check-in and been on my way to my room.
