Comfortable, clean and quiet

Liked: Refurbished, clean, great location and wonderful breakfast.

Nice stay at a good...

Liked: The breakfast included was fine. I was leery about trying the eggs but they were actually good. They had free coffee all day. The room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Hot tub was not on. They said because of the second floor was being remodeled. I was not sure what that meant. That was the main reason for my stay so I was disappointed. I reserved online so I guess I should have called and confirmed instead of just assuming. The tv had no guide channel. So we had no clue what was on and at what time. Also, the parking lot had quite a few potholes. I know its winter in Wisconsin but they were pretty big.

Liked: The location of the hotel was in a nice area
Disliked: The bathroom in the room didn’t flush in one room and my other room the door knob kept coming off the door. I spoke with Joe at the front desk about my issues. He was very rude, didn’t take the time to listen. He tried giving me a plugger! I told him that I wasn’t responsible for doing that!
