Beware! You will be harassed...

Liked: Clean pool, clean facilities
Disliked: Our family was cleared out of the pool 5 minutes before 'quiet time' and then were harassed by a second employee for laughing as we made our way up to our room... so beware... after 9:55 pm you will be followed and hushed as you try to scuttle back to your room for quiet time- sad because we loved the facilities but would never put our kids through that type of intense and over-the-top treatment again. Sad.

desk Staff needs better training,...

Liked: Breakfast was good, they did run out of a lot of things that they didn't replace with fresh.
Disliked: staff unprofessional and made excuses for why things were not right. Gave us someone's room cards that did not work... after someone opened the room door! we went back to the desk, they made excuse that the person had the same name as me.... The next day our door cards didn't work and went to desk they said Oh your here another night. Can they not read the reservation?
