Overall a nice stay

Liked: The bed was comfortable, and the room was well appointed. The hotel in general was quiet.
Disliked: The mini fridge did not work and there was not a bathroom vent to vent shower steam. Our room was a little muggy after showering.

Disliked: I don't like how the price went up for a Saturday stay.And we couldn't swim! Ugh!

Liked: Comfortable room with friendly helpful staff
Disliked: Music from managers office below our room playing all night….we had to turn the AC fan on constant high to semi drown out the noise….we told staff about it but nothing was done!

Disliked: Booked for tobasco experience (location) but specifically given it had a pool for my teenage sons (2). Upon arrival informed pool wasn't available - huge disappointment all round

Liked: The beds are so comfortable. My family really enjoyed staying here the sofa bed is big enough for 3 people to sleep on. The shower was amazing, the hot water is super hot though lol. We stayed for 1 night and we’re welcomed right away with our keys. I would come back again. Thank you to the staff for making our night cozy!
Disliked: The room had a little smell but aside from that I don’t have any other complaints about the stay.
