Liked: We had a very nice stay. They went above and beyond by calling to see if we left a coat in our room. Very thoughtful

Pass on the freeway noise...

Liked: Front entry was clean. The rooms were clean as they could be.
Disliked: The rooms are tired. Tiles popping out of the wall, all the edges of the furniture including the bathroom mirror were scuffed and paint or finish was missing. It is right next to the freeway so, to say it’s loud is an understatement. It needs a serious remodel. Finally, I chose and paid for a room with one king bed. The next day I received an email saying that if I wanted the king bed I’d need to pay an additional $20 per night for an “upgrade fee.” That was nowhere on the original contract. What a ridiculous way to make a little more from costumers while killing brand loyalty. Well done, we will never be back.

Great stay, very clean and...

Liked: The variety of options was great! Everything tasted good, but we didn't come to breakfast until 8:30 and the cinnamon rolls were gone. We at cereal, biscuits and gravy, omelets and coffee.
Disliked: We didn't like the coffee at breakfast.
