Disliked: My window was busted out and all my property got stolen and the general manager had a nasty attitude with me after my belongings were stolen there property

Liked: Staff was wonderful and at check in was very pleasant. The breakfast was great liked having different opinions on days not always the same which is nice. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

First Time in Louisville

Liked: Great location. Great king room was very big very clean. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the area places to see to eat.
Disliked: Breakfast just OK

Liked: Clean and quiet

Liked: Nice comfy pillows and bed, breakfast was good, had a pool and hot tub. Several places to eat in the area. Seemed like a pretty decent area.
Disliked: The pool side walls could have been cleaner. And the fact that there's no stores around other than Sam's and gas stations, had to drive about 15 to 20 minutes for a grocery store or Dollar general. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Superb

Liked: Everything was wonderful, from the cleaning staff to the front desk staff. The cleaning staff made sure everything was good in our room. The front desk was very helpful on where to go eat to what to do in Louisville.
Disliked: The water in the pool was cold.
