Really disappointed. Stayed in a...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and clean. Coffee was hot.
Disliked: Room, and really the whole hotel, was in poor condition. Giant spider in bathroom. Paint peeling. Ceiling tiles with water and rust stains. Tears in carpet. Room was humid and smelled moldy. Stuff like that. I had reserved a baby crib. The man at the front desk said they didn't have anything like that. After pushing several times, he finally budged and went into the back storeroom to get me one. It was covered in a dirty piece of plastic, it had no sheet. I ended up not using it. For $170? Way overpriced. Felt like a Motel 6.

Pleasant

Disliked: The first room we were sent to smelled musty and damp, also we were given a two queen bed room when we reserved a king bed room. The staff was very apologetic and helpful but didn?t have king room available to move us to. They did move us to a new queen room that smelled much better and took a little off of our bill. Disappointing to go through usually this chain delivers what is promised. Hi
