When checking-in, the receptionist (Maria) was very overwhelmed. When I asked if the room was on the non-street side of the hotel, she went off on this long chat about how hard it was to change the room arrangements and all the things we should have done. My husband tried to explain the situation but that just triggered another rant from Maria. Not a great way to start our hotel stay!

Disliked: Yes, the receptionist Maria needs major training in "hospitality".

Liked: Proximity to my workplace destination.
Disliked: Parking was limited due to construction in the lot. Bathroom was not as updated as other Holiday Inn Express locations I've stayed at.

Disliked: Grumpy maid taking care of the breakfast in the weekend. Also couldnt connect my laptop in the WiFi network. Provided to me with a phone number to call but nobody answered.
