Great modern hotel

Liked: The room is modern and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Big indoor pool and jacuzzi. Great selections for breakfast. If you are going sking and can;t find a place in Crested Buttle or want to save some money, this is it..
Disliked: Nothing

No hot water

Liked: Overall nice hotel. Clean, breakfast, etc.
Disliked: There was no hot water during our entire stay. Showering was not possible because one of their boilers went out. I was originally told we would get a discount for this. Then at checkout, I was told there was nothing they could do and we would not be getting a refund. Very frustrating.

We would stay again. But...

Disliked: When booking we booked a room that was suppose to have two queen beds and a sofa bed. Accommodations were not met. I know there is not much to be done by staff… but shower was freezing cold. No hot water in the evening or morning.

Liked: We stay here every time we visit our don at college! The location is the best, at the bottom of the campus!!
Disliked: The breakfast needs some improvements, more healthy options like fresh fruit and variety on options
