Disliked: We booked a king room online but ended up with two queens, the staff member checking us in was not very friendly and gave us no information about check out time, breakfast, wifi or any amenities, we were woken up by a fire alarm that was pulled by kids running around in the hallways (this was not the fault of the hotel, but was not a great way to start our trip)

Disliked: The fact that the hotel took my money when I canceled my reservations at the desk. The desk clerk gave me the wrong confirmation number and paperwork for my cancelation. I didn't get a chance to really look at the paperwork, because I had to scurry and reserve another room at another hotel due to the spring break weekend. I was assured that my money would be put back on my card. Now it's been almost two weeks I've been home and there hasn't been any signs of my money returning. I called the property trying to see what the hold up was and the first thing that they asked for was the confirmation number which someone else's name was attached to it. Please make this right, because this is a first for me. I knew that I should've checked, but my trust was there and I hate that it was. Now I have to go to Louisiana hoping that I will not go through the same thing.
