Liked: Comfortable bed and clean
Disliked: Noise and the buffet was not well stocked our room key did not work- had to be let into our room by staff each time we wanted to enter our room ☹️!!!! Our Handicap parking spot was hindered by tree branches which needed a good pruning in order to make exiting and entering our vehicle safely and easily ☹️!!! We were allowed an additional hour for check out due to our inconveniences as stated herein during our stay.

Liked: Staff were polite and helpful. Convenient location. Room was very clean, bathroom seemed updated. Nice breakfast and little gym.
Disliked: Only minor complaint was a slightly noisy heating /ac unit, but again, minor nuisance. Slept without it disturbing me.

Disliked: Power went out and there was no generator if I was alone I wouldn't have been that upset but I was with my 4 kids 14,12,7,and 3 so it was a horrible experience

Disliked: The power went out and there was no back up generator my phones died and I had no way to charge it other hotels in the area have generators so I dont understand why this one doesnt with no power the hat went out and I had kids with me all in all this was a terrible experience Ill never stay here again

Never again! No power no refund no heat lights in pitch dark and staff wasnt helpf

Disliked: Power went out for 13 hours no refund unsafe conditions I would never go back!!! Rude staff
