Disliked: Elevator not working, little food when breakfast was still open

Comfortable, spacious, and great location.

Liked: It was clean and spacious. Close enough to locations we wanted to check out and staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The elevator was down and we were on the third floor. The dryer wasnt working. Just a bit inconvenient but staff was a huge help with the dryer situation.

Disliked: everything especially having a broken elevator

Liked: The property wasnt clean and the parking wasnt very good. The elevator was broken had to use stairs didn’t get any kind of discount for issues

Disliked: The facility was extremely stuffy and hot, ac not working, room phones not working not enough towels in the facility. Requested assistance with issues since check in. Got them addressed till the night before leaving. Bath tub was painted over, paint was peeling and a piece pierced and got stuck in my sons foot. Hot tub was filthy you can see the dirty water and the walls where brown
