The only thing that I was concerned about is when housekeeping comes to your room they tap one time and come in. I believe that they should give some time for the guest to respond before they enter the room. Example situation: I heard the tap on the door and I was approaching the door - before I could answer the door, housekeeping had already let themselves in. Even with this slight situation I have to still rate my stay at Holiday Inn Express very good. I hope I can remember the gentleman's name that waited on us at check in. A shout out goes to Leonard - thank you for your kind service. I don't want to forget all that service at the breakfast bar. Good food!

Liked: Rooms are clean and very comfortable, free bfast.Staff is amazing and will do anything to make sure you have the best stay.Never used but they have an inside pool and a gym. They also have laundry room.That's why we are always coming back.I have very high expectations and they exceed it
