Liked: Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, omelettes, pancakes...hit the spot! Loved the grab & go options with little shopping bags too!!
Disliked: Door slamming all night and people talking very loudly in the hallways but this was not the hotel's fault.

Disliked: Obviously they don't check everything at the facility!Iron board was broken. Power outlet next to my bed was broken so couldnt charge my phone within my reach.Tried to call the front desk about extra towels but the room phone was broken so we had to go down to the front desk to ask! Only 1 chair for 4 people in the room!As soon as we came in to check-in there was very very unexpected unpleasant smell welcoming us! Overall the facility didnt look or feel clean as expected with the price we paid!Oh, the facility couldn't be reached by phone almost a half of the day...found out because someone turned OFF their front desk phone!!!And they charge1.00 more than other hotels(we stayed) to use a washer or a drier.Almost everything seems like they treat customers satisfaction is not important for their business.Overall Very disappointing experience!

Liked: It was adequate. I am Gluten Intolerant and could eat eggs, meat, fruit. It’s unusual to find GF bread products in a hotel breakfast and I saw no GF bread
