Air conditioner was awful and...

Liked: They had a very nice staff.
Disliked: Air conditioner was a pain to work. There were hairs from what I’m guessing were from the previous travelers. There was hair on the pillows, bathroom top and the stand next to the bed. When I went to grab a towel there was 2 long strands of hair in the towel, gross!. Housekeeping did a poor job unfortunately.
