Disliked: The entire experience and only thing they did to accommodate me was offer me 10,000 points in which have not receive yet, spoke with the general manager and he wasn’t concern either, won’t ever stay or book again.

Okay for just one night....

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was still dirty. Toilet had urine stains along the bottom. Bathroom floor needed a deep cleaning. Room door looked like someone had tried getting in without key card in the past. Bed was missing a flat sheet. Pillow cushion was put on couch the wrong way. Desk chair needed to be thrown away or needed a deep cleaning as well.

Liked: The location to stores and restaurants. Plus it was not too far from locations we were trying to visit.
Disliked: Yes, they ran out of towels and I had to buy some in order to take a shower. This was a true inconvenience. I was promised they would be in my room when I got back the first day and they were still out in the evening.
