One night stay for couple...

Liked: Nice location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Really liked having an extra sofa to make watching TV more comfortable. Additionally the breakfast in the morning was great with omelets, bacon, sausage along with other typical breakfast foods.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike here. Pricing was a little on the high side but well worth the extra amount for the cleanliness, comfort and friendly atmosphere provided by the staff.

Liked: Everything was great. I forgot the employees name but he was so kind and very helpful. Had great customer service.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great.

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms are very nice, very clean. The whole area is nice and even though its close to the airport, the noise is minimal (because its a small airport). We appreciate the microwave, sm fridge, free wifi, and free, easy parking. Very close to the ocean
Disliked: This isnt a negative but there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. But Mckinleyville and Arcata are both close by and Arcata especially has great shops and great restaurants.

Liked: Clean room, plenty of space for a family of 5. Kids enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: Pillows were uncomfy

Disliked: Heat/Ac didn’t work, hairs on bathroom floor, on sheet, bug in bathroom. Overall just not a clean place
