Pleasant enough, but the no...

Disliked: Our room had NO soap! We asked at the desk, and they said they were OUT OF SOAP. And that was it. There was shampoo, but no soap. That has never happened to us before. Everything else was fine, but that fact was pretty hard for us to understand. A whole motel with no soap? How is that even possible?
