Disliked: Pancake machine was broken. The advertised oatmeal did not exist. Broken cabinetry handles. I think details like that matter because it shows that no one cares. Smoke alarm was going off all night in the pool area but they wouldn't get anybody to fix it.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Things needing repair in room and at breakfast.

Liked: Staff very attentive. Rooms were neat and clean.
Disliked: The only thing I would say is there can be an improvement on the coffee.

Liked: Friendly Hotel Clerk, Clean Hotel and Room, Good Breakfast.
Disliked: Only 1 Elevator. Should have a minimum of 2 elevators.

Liked: Clean and spacious room with amenities like fridge and microwave as well as ample luggage storage.

Liked: The price was good. I liked it being so close to the loop.
Disliked: The beds were too high. I could not sit on them to get dressed. With my husband sitting in the chair, I only had a rolling chair to sit on. The elderly don't need to be sitting on rolling chairs. The flashing light on smoke detector was very bad all nt.

Liked: It is very clean and closest to the airport entrance
Disliked: Water pressure is so weak it is hard to take a shower

Disliked: Old hotel stench all around in the property and lacks cleanliness

Liked: It was clean and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: We had a boat so the parking was just a little difficult.
