Wonderful stay away from home

Liked: The beds were so comfortable! Best sleep in a long time. The hot breakfast had a wonderful variety. My granddaughter loves making her own pancakes!

Disappointing

Disliked: There was no sofa bed available which I had specifically selected. The front desk staff was irritated at my expectation of a sofa bed based on my reservation. She was rude when handling the issue, her colleague was pleasant however. They ended up giving a room right next to the reception which was noisy.

Close to Hershey park, clean...

Liked: Very clean and nice hotel, close to Hershey park. Breakfast is very nice and all staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Next to a train track. Pool is a bit small.
