Disappointed pet lover

Liked: I enjoyed the location and that they were pet friendly.
Disliked: I was absolutely disappointed in the fees that they charge for a pet that is less than 5 pounds. Once I arrived and checked in, I informed them of I have a pet. They charged 150 dollars that I wasn't aware of. I was aware of an additional charge but not a fee of another night stay. It wasn't worth it. I feel ripped off. The amount of the additional fees should be discussed at the time of booking. That will allow the customer to maybe look else where, if it's too costly. For that reason along I will not be returning there and will advise all who has a pet not to choose that brand hotel.

Disliked: Desk staff seemed very condescending. One elevator was broken, and there were long waits, especially on the weekend. Room keys never worked for more than 1 day
