Liked: I have always treated my various family members to a room at the Holiday Inn Express in Haskell when they come to town for the holidays or family event over many years. It has always been clean and accessible and the staff was always very accommodating. Because it is listed as an IHG Hotel, I felt confident in what to expect.
Disliked: This visit, however, was not a good one. I was embarrassed because my guests had issues with the bathroom whereas the toilet was clogged and the shower seemed to have water pressure issues. They also had no access to television and when they reported same were told there was a power outage. Worse, the person at the desk seemed to care less. When you stay at an IHG Hotel, you expect for than this.

Liked: We are on a kosher diet so we're able to have the banana, oatmeal, and peanut butter
Disliked: The hot urn did not work, we always had to ask someone to get us hot water for the tea.I did not like to pay for bottle water $2.50 a bottle. The water fountains were not working and there was nowhere to get filtered water. Water.and hot water should not be a problem in a hotel.
