Great stay see you again
Liked: The property was very nice great staff and clean.
Disliked: The room keys were an issue all weekend. Very temperamental and inconsistent

It was a catastrophe from...
Liked: It was a disaster from the start. We found blood stains on the sheets. It was a double bedroom, so we pulled back the sheets on the next bed only to find a large stain in that one. The sheets were never changed. I did not like anything about this stay.
Disliked: The night shift manager changed our room as a result of what was previously stated. The room that we went to had a TV that wouldn't stay on. Spoke to the morning manager who told me that we couldn't be refunded because "we booked through a third party." I knew she wasn't telling the truth. She was just trying to get rid of me by saying that she "would look into refunding us." It was Valentine's Day.

Liked: It was a clean site
Disliked: The bed was made from a very cheap and noisy material. The bed didn’t have very good stability and was cheaply made.

Pleasantly surprised
Liked: We usually stay at another brand hotel but the price just didn’t sit right with us this time. We booked here and I’m so glad we did. It was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. From the sweet staff, beautifully decorated lobby, room layout, comfortable bed, great breakfast, and I’m so in love with that walk in shower! My husband is very brand loyal and he was so impressed that on the way back home we stayed at another Holiday Inn Express! It was good too but this one was Nice!
