Great Option when Visiting Fairfax!

Liked: The property was very easy to get in and out of, our room was in a convenient spot by the back entrance. It was near a lot of good restaurants that were THE BEST. The breakfast and tea options were also very nice.
Disliked: The gym was not what I expected from a hotel gym, it’s incredibly small and did not have good machine options.

Good, but it could do...

Liked: The room is clean. Hot water is almost instantaneously available. Lots of free parking. Coffee and hot water(for tea) is available from morning till around 10pm.
Disliked: My card got charged about 5 hours before I checked in. Usually, hotels only charge when you check-in. Limited breakfast options. I asked for tooth brush and tooth paste and they only give me 2 while we were 4 (Staff said they run out of them). The next day, I asked for more, he only gave me one with little tooth paste packet.

Liked: Horrible service. Refused my refund after a medical emergency. Booking.con was no help at all.
Disliked: Everything and poor customer service or consideration for medical emergency!!!!
