Liked: Got sick the day I was supposed to travel to the hotel and could not. They wouldn’t refund my money.

Disappointed

Liked: Good bed
Disliked: The air/heater was loud did work was set to 69 temp was 52Out tub chipped and stained the ice machine that worked was on3rd floorThere was co structiln in the toomnexy door.to our room. We are senior adults and we were there for a funeral. The hotel yried to give us a discount but couldn’t because we went through Booming together reservations I will never use booking again or stay at Holiday Inn.

Liked: I liked that it was clean, updated to look more modern. Check in was easy
Disliked: I didn't like that when I looked at my bank account that it showed a completely different amount than what my receipt said. It was more. I had emailed them about this issue and got no response.
