Comfy and clean

Liked: Staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good! The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The hottub didn’t work, was super disappointed about that. The bathroom hygiene products didn’t get refilled, conditioner was out & the hand lotion squirted out water.

Liked: Check-in time was accurate, although I would had liked to have checked-in early, the posted time was accurate..
Disliked: I am still waiting for this $175 to be added back to my account. Hotel charged me $390 for two days, but there is an additional pending $175 pending. No Holiday Inn room express, should cost $560p plus for two days of stay. So, I am not liking this part and will be calling around for answers if it is not credited back to my account within two business days.. I also, I did not like that there were no tub, bathroom did not have a fan or a working fan, toilet paper holder was kind of far away (I'm short, so maybe that's the issue), phone was not able to call front desk-the press buttons were not working, and the lighting was horrible, only ambient lighting. There were no main light feature to the bedroom. It seems like two electric switches were inoperable. I adapt to my surrounds, I do not let surrounds define my attitude. I made it work...
