One night stay, Lovely room...

Liked: Lovely hotel. On arrival we were checked in by a friendly helpful young man. Initially we had a problem with noise from a room opposite ours, we complained to reception and Anna dealt with it immediately and arranged another room for us ,she also offered a couple of drinks for the inconvenience. Brilliant customer service .
Disliked: Nothing !

Disappointing

Liked: Dog friendly breakfast area and the staff at breakfast were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: It took ages to check in on arrival even though there was no queue. Receptionist couldn't seem to find our reservation, then couldn't decide which room to put us in! Seemed to take forever. Left a pair of trainers behind when we checked out. Rang the next morning after travelling home to see if a relative could come and pick them up. However, they appear to have been stolen by the housekeeping staff and could not be traced. I was told someone would call me back to follow up and they never did. Don't know if we'd stay again.

Liked: Great location for us. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice clean comfortable room. Good value. Breakfast included and very good food.
Disliked: One lift still out of use - after two weeks?
