Liked: Breakfast was fine. I thought I booked 2 queen beds but I got one queen & sofa that made a bed. I did not like the booking.com website

Stay away from this hotel....

Disliked: The toilet seat was broken. Burn holes in the mattress pad. While driving home I got a call saying I had damaged the room. Claimed they had videos of me smoking in the room. The manager was cursing and screaming. Never gave his name. Said he was calling the police and having me arrested. Took Over$1100 from my account and another 125 from my Dads credit card and 119 from my girlfriends grandfather. We never received a bill for the room, or an itemized bill for the supposed damages. Holiday Inn corporate office refused to do anything about it. If you read the reviews there are several instances of similar conduct. This appears to be a scam.
